Unless properly configured, third party software (Internet security, pop-blocking, or anti-virus programs) can interfere with the Software's features and functions.

To use the Software with Norton products, you may have to create a specific rule allowing pop-ups on Our Software on the Site.
Here's how to create a rule with 2003 Norton products:
- Open your Norton software.
- Click Options and select Web Content.
- Select Add Site, and enter my.profilersports.com.
- Click the User Settings tab, and uncheck Use Ad Blocking settings.
- Select Permit.
If you're using 2004 Norton products:
- Open your Norton software.
- Highlight Ad Blocking and select Configure.
- Click Advanced.
- Click Web Contents, and select Add Site.
- Enter my.profilersports.com.
- Click the User Settings tab, and uncheck Use Ad Blocking settings.
- Select Permit.
And for 2005 or 2006 Norton products:
- Open Internet Explorer.
- Log in to your the Software account.
- Click the NIS (2005 products) or Norton Internet Security (2006 products) icon on your browser's toolbar.
- Uncheck the box next to Block pop-ups from this website.
- Restart Internet Explorer.
If you'd like to disable the Norton 2006 pop-up blocker, just follow these steps:
- Open the Norton 2006 program installed on your computer.
- From the Options drop-down menu, select Norton Antispam.
- Click General under Ad Blocking.
- Uncheck the box next to Turn on Pop-up Window Blocking.
- Click OK.

Other security software
If you have other third party security software installed and are experiencing problems using the Software, we suggest disabling the software for testing purposes, clearing your browser's cache, and attempting to use the Software again.
If disabling the software resolves the issue, but you'd still like to use it in conjunction with the Software, we suggest contacting the software support team for that product. They should be able to recommend settings that allow the Software to work unimpeded.
Clearing your cache
The information your browser stores is sometimes incomplete or corrupt. Deleting your browser's cache and cookies will often fix the Software issues.

In Firefox for PCs:
- Log out of your Site account and close all other open browser windows.
- Click the Tools menu at the top of your browser and select Clear Private Data...
- Select the Cookies and Cache checkboxes.
- Click Clear Private Data Now.
In Firefox for Macs:
- Log out of your Site account and close all other open browser windows.
- Click the Firefox menu at the top of your browser and select Preferences...
- Select the Privacy tab.
- Click Clear Now... at the bottom of the dialogue box.
- Check the boxes next to Cache and Cookies in the new dialogue box.
- Click Clear Private Data Now.

In Mozilla:
- Log out of your Site account. Close all other open browser windows.
- Click the Edit menu at the top of your browser, and select Preferences.
- Click the + next to Advanced.
- Select Cache under Advanced.
- Click Clear Cache.
- Click OK.

In Netscape:
- Log out of your Site account. Close all other open browser windows.
- Click the Edit menu at the top of your browser, and select Preferences.
- Click the + next to Advanced.
- Select Cache under Advanced.
- Click Clear Cache.
- Click OK.
Safari
In Safari:
- Log out of your Site account. Close all other open browser windows.
- Open the Safari menu on your browser's toolbar.
- Select Empty Cache.
- Click Empty in the dialogue box.
Other browsers
In some cases, it may be necessary to clear your cache more than once.
